What makes Rhonda Lynette different?

Rhonda Mapp, who is the owner of Rhonda Lynette is a small business owner. So, you are literally supporting this small business owner who has a BIG vision of providing tall women with stylish and trendy clothing options. Everything is handmade right in her home in her sewing room. She makes sure each garment is sewn with care and special detailing while showcasing her craftsmanship in every garment, she wants every customer to know that their garment(s) is handmade specifically for them. High quality fabrics are used to ensure multiple wear without tearing or ripping in the wash cycle. Style, trends, and comfort are the things that Rhonda associate with her brand. 
 

Why create clothing just for tall women?

We cater to tall women because other brands, department stores, boutiques aren't doing it. As our mission states, we want every tall women to feel comfortable, independent, beautiful and confident in everything that they wear. It's hard finding trendy pieces that fit our long bodies so, we want to put every tall girl at ease when it comes to shopping. Rhonda Lynette is the brand that every tall woman loves!

What size should I order?

We totally understand that all of our customers are different shapes and sizes, and sometimes it is difficult to shop online because you can't try anything on! We have created general size guides for our tall women to help you decide which size would be best for you.
 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We gladly accept FREE returns on all U.S. orders.Your pre-paid shipping label will be shipped with your order. If something doesn’t work out for any reason, send it back to us within 14 (fourteen) days for a refund in the original form of payment. Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment and must include the return form you received in your shipment. All merchandise must be unworn, tagged, and in its original condition. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, animal hair or similar product stains will be returned to you and are subject to a shipping costs.  No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of the date you received will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt or cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items denoted as final sale in the product description cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

If you're shipping your order to North Carolina, applicable sales tax will be added automatically.

 

Where does Rhonda Lynette ship to?

We currently ship within U.S., Canada, and Europe.

 

When will my order ship?

All garments are made to order. Once your order is placed allow 3- 7 days lead time to construct the garment. Once garment construction is complete your item(s) will be shipped via USPS. We make sure each garment is sewn with care and detailing while showcasing the craftsmanship in each garment.
 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders! State taxes are charged at checkout for North Carolina customers. USPS Priority (1-3 days) and USPS Priority Express (1 day) are both offered for all U.S. customers. Once your item(s) ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

USPS International Shipping

We ship worldwide through the United States Postal Service International Mail. Cost of shipping is determined by weight of package and package destination. Shipping time will depend on the destination - up to 10 business days following the 3-7 lead time of constructing the garment. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has finished processing and is ready to ship.
There may be additional duties, taxes and/or VAT charges applied by customs. These charges are not included in original shipping costs and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Rhonda Lynette. Any refused orders will not be refunded by Rhonda Lynette. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail. 
 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

After the 3-7 day  lead time your item(s) will be shipped via USPS. For U.S. orders, USPS Priority ships within 1-3 business days and USPS Priority Express ships within 1 business day. For international orders USPS Priority ships within 6-10 business days, USPS Priority Express ships within 3-5 business days and USPS First Class Package International ships within 7-21 business days.
 

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to keep shipping rates down. 

 

How do I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking to update.

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the date you received your shipment and must include the return form you received in your shipment. Any returns postmarked after 30 days of the date you received will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
